CORPORATE COOKERY SCHOOL EVENT - ROYALTY DESERVES LOYALTY
Our longstanding client Redgate Software tasked us with designing and delivering a bespoke, interactive experience for a group of employees as part of a week's worth of celebratory events.
The concept centred around world cuisine - A nod to the guests who had assembled from various corners of the globe!
Barrington Hall was the chosen location. Guests enjoyed a drinks reception and lunch from Cambridge Dining Co's workplace catering range on arrival.
The large traditional marquee space had been transformed into their very own ‘Bake off’ tent with work stations, pantry and styled dining space, they donned bespoke printed aprons & chef hats to begin their culinary journey.
Our dedicated chef team guided guests through their menu step by step. Working in groups, guests made classic cocktails, built and presented canapés, prepared salads from their own pantry, cooked on eco BBQs and baked a themed dessert.
The event concluded with the guests relaxing and enjoying their drinks and dishes in the spring sunshine!

IN THE COMMUNITY
Supporting our community through partnerships and projects is of the upmost importance to us. We were delighted to sponsor a range of events over the last month.
We delivered a selection of canapés for The Cambridge Wide Open Day - Season 2 event at Hauxton House. The event was a unique opportunity for all to find out firsthand about the game-changing scientific advancements and technological innovations happening right here in our city, the UK’s science and tech capital.
We were proud to collaborate with Cambridge Past, Present & Future by sponsoring their invitation-only event at Wandlebury Country Park in commemoration of their 70th Birthday celebrations.
Later this month, we are also providing catering for the North Cambridge Academy Prom working in partnership with our longstanding client Costello Medical who have supported the NCA for several years.
As a company dedicated to a more sustainable approach to catering, we choose to support local charities and businesses and work with our clients to benefit the community. When it comes to our staff, investing in and developing local people is an essential part of our plan as we grow.
FITZWILLIAM MUSEUM - PARIS 1924: SPORT, ART AND THE BODY
As exclusive caterers to the Fitzwilliam Museum, we are very excited to be partnering in the launch of the major Summer exhibition.
Through art, fashion, film, photography and more, Paris 1924: Sport, Art and the Body looks back on the pivotal moment when traditions and trailblazers collided, fusing the Olympics’ classical legacy with the European avant-garde spirit. It was a breakthrough that forever changed attitudes towards sporting achievement and celebrity, as well as body image and identity, nationalism and class, race and gender.
The exhibition also highlights the extraordinary achievements of the Cambridge University students who won no fewer than 11 Olympic medals for Great Britain that year, including the sprinter Harold Abrahams whose story inspired the award-winning film ‘Chariots of Fire’.
The exhibition will officially open on the 19th July and run until the 3rd November 2024.
