We suggest the perfect venue to suit the size and style of our clients’ event. We liaise directly with the venue on our clients’ behalf so they have a single point of contact for their event. We negotiate contracts, think through the venue layout and event flow, speak to suppliers about their requirements and handle all payments.

We source venues for all sizes and budgets from our list of prestigious venue partners, one of the colleges at the University of Cambridge where we are a preferred supplier, or a venue our client has chosen themselves, such as a private home or a new corporate premises.

Thank you for the excellent evening on Friday. The entire evening went without a hitch and I have had nothing but positive feedback from everybody I have spoken too. The venue created a real ‘wow’ when the doors were opened. The tables, lighting and background music were superb. I know I shouldn’t wish my time away but I am really looking forward now to the Christmas party which I am sure will be equally as ‘wow’!
